The bracelet I ordered was too small (my fault!).
I requested an exchange and they offered to send me a new bracelet in the right size free of charge.
When I ordered the first bracelet, I had to pay €26 in customs fees (not their fault, those are import/export rules).
Unfortunately, with the free shipping of the second bracelet, customs charged me €39 this time. (Not Horus's fault, but the idiotic zeal of the Belgian administration.)
And SURPRISE! Horus offered to reimburse me for almost all of the customs fees.
That's what I call customer care and loyalty.
