Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
USA Orders
Our shipping cutoff time is 3 p.m. EST. If your order is placed before then, processing will start that day. If placed after that time, processing will start the next business day.
- FedEx 3-5 Day - your order will arrive within three to five business days from when your order was processed.
- FedEx 2-Day - your order will arrive two business days from the time your order was processed.
- FedEx Standard Overnight - your order will arrive the next business day from the time your order was processed. Please note the order must be placed before 3 p.m. EST to arrive the next day. Standard Overnight orders placed on Friday before 3 p.m. EST will arrive on Monday. Standard Overnight orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m. EST or on a Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped with FedEx International Priority and typically arrive within two to five business days.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Your international order may incur duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Horus is not responsible for payment of duties & import taxes.
Straps
Several models of our straps will fit a variety of watches. To inquire about your watch, please email customerservice@horusstraps.com
We also offer straps in standard 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, and 26mm lug widths, which will fit nearly any watch with straight lugs.
Yes – we guarantee perfect fitment on all of our straps.
Our straps are able to be adjusted to multiple sizes. We do not accept custom orders at the moment.
Our rubber straps are waterproof. Our carbon & leather straps are not waterproof and we do not recommend exposing them to water or any other liquid. If your strap does come into contact with water, we recommend immediately drying it off with a paper towel or cloth.
Due to the fact that leather is a naturally occurring material, distressing and wear will occur, and both are welcomed. Your new leather strap will naturally form to your wrist over time. Fading of color over time is normal and will add to the patina of your handcrafted strap.
Returns / Exchanges
Online Return Policy
Our online return policy is exclusive to orders placed at horusstraps.com and does not apply to products purchased in our showroom or any authorized retailer. You may exchange your order or return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unworn and in perfect condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs. All International orders are responsible for the transit cost back to us including any duty and taxes are the implemented by the returning countries policy.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email customerservice@horusstraps.com and include your order number and reason for return, and we will reply with the necessary steps to initiate your return or exchange. A full refund, less shipping charges and return shipping costs, will be issued if the product(s) are returned in their original condition, in the original box, with all the original packing material and within 30 days.
In circumstances when an item is approved for a return after 30 days, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
Online Exchange Policy

We recommend using a return service that includes tracking and insurance as Horus Watch Straps cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Rubber Straps
We offer a lifetime warranty on all rubber straps. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or intentional damage to the product.
Carbon & Leather Straps
We offer a limited one-year warranty on all leather straps. Please note that fading, creasing, and wear are normal on leather straps, and our warranty does not cover any of the aforementioned. This limited warranty is subject to the sole discretion of Horus after return and inspection of the subject merchandise.
