How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order with the tracking link provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your MY HORUS Account.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, pending item availability and payment approval. You will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Weekend orders will begin processing on Monday.

Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product page.

What are the payment options?

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Payment is authorized at time of purchase and captured once your order has been shipped.

PayPal

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to log in and review before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to horusstraps.com. Please make sure your address in PayPal is up to date.

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the volume of orders, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order after ir has been placed. This includes order notifications, cancellations, and address changes.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

Why was my order canceled?

It is possible that your order may be canceled during high-volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is canceled, all charged will be automatically refunded.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Do you ship Internationally?

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to bring our exceptional products to your doorstep, no matter where you are. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by their respective countries upon receipt of the shipment. For more details on potential fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

When will you restock?

Please sign up for email notifications and/or text messages to be notified of any restocks or new product launches.

Do you offer lifetime warranty?

Rubber Straps

We offer a one-year warranty for all our Rubber Straps Sport Line, effective from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty excludes damages arising from misuse, accidents, or intentional harm to the product.

There is a shipping cost associated with replacements for our Rubber Straps sent under warranty: $18 for domestic USA orders and $25 for international orders.

FKM Rubber Straps

We offer a one-year warranty for our FKM Rubber Straps Luxury Line, effective from the date of purchase. Exclusions include damages from misuse, accidents, or intentional harm.

There is a shipping cost associated with replacements for our FKM Rubber Straps sent under warranty: $35 for domestic USA orders and $55 for international orders.

Please note that some countries may have different rates for international shipping.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping.

We offer complimentary FedEx worldwide shipping on orders over USD $250. Please note that certain countries may not qualify for this offer. To inquire about specific excluded countries, please contact our customer service team.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

Standard Shipping (FedEx 3-5 Business Days) $12

Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2 Business Days) $25

Overnight Shipping (FedEx Next Business Day - Order by 2:00 pm ET) $52

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, we only offer standard shipping by USPS.

For orders under $250, international shipping rates vary.

What if my package has been lost or stolen?

If your order has been marked as delivered, but cannot be located, please contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@horusstraps.com for assistance.

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Are duties & taxes included in international orders?

In international orders, it's important to note that duties and taxes are not included. These additional charges, if applicable, are typically the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country. We recommend checking with local customs authorities or contacting our customer support for more information on potential duties and taxes associated with your international order.

Policy for orders returned due to unpaid duties & taxes

At HORUS WATCH STRAPS, we strive to provide excellent service to our valued customers. However, in cases where orders are returned to us due to unpaid duties and taxes by the customer, we have formulated the following policy:

  1. Responsibility for Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon the importation of goods. Failure to pay these charges may result in the return of the order to us.
  2. Restocking Fee: In the event that an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties and taxes, we will issue a refund to the customer for the total value of the order, minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee will amount to 25% of the total value of the order.
  3. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned order, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
  4. Notification: Customers will be notified via email regarding the return of their order due to unpaid duties and taxes, along with details regarding the refund process and the deduction of the restocking fee.
  5. Additional Charges: Please note that any additional charges incurred by HORUS WATCH STRAPS as a result of the return, such as return shipping fees or customs charges, may also be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as errors on our part or issues with the shipment, we will review each case individually and may waive the restocking fee at our discretion.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Return

You can return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Domestic USA Returns

To initiate your return, kindly utilize the prepaid return label provided by HORUS. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for returns sent via alternative carriers. We strongly advise using the provided prepaid return label for a smoother process.

Domestic returns are subject to an $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

For international returns, please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Consequently, all expenses related to the return shipment must be borne by the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you require further assistance regarding international returns, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

International returns are subject to a $25 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Make sure your items are returned unused, undamaged and packaged in their original box. Place your item in a cardboard box or envelope and attach the prepaid return label.

Drop off your return at one of the carrier’s access points.

Your refund will be processed within 10 to 14 working days from the date of reception of your item by the HORUS team, provided that the item is in unworn condition with all original packaging intact.

Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

Can I exchange my item?

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

Where is my return/refund?

Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that the refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.
